1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using DeutschGo, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the app.

2. Use of Service

DeutschGo is a tool for learning German through AI-powered exercises and games. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. User Accounts

Certain features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Pro Subscriptions

If you purchase a Pro subscription, payments will be processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. Subscriptions may be managed or cancelled through your store account settings.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not attempt to extract the source code of the app.
You may not use the app for any illegal purposes.
You may not disrupt the app's services or interfere with other users.

6. Intellectual Property

All content of the app, including images, logic, and curriculum, remains the property of Inqa Gaming.

7. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be always available, secure, or error-free.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.

3. Kullanıcı Hesapları

4. Pro Abonelikler

5. Yasaklı Davranışlar
